3) Organic Intelligence Coaching + Craniosacral Therapy
90 mins.
I use my Organic Intelligence (OI) training to assess your nervous system during our discussions. This informs the Craniosacral work we do. Because OI works to calm the nervous system, it can help you relax even more deeply once you are receiving the Craniosacral portion of the session. I have found that combining these two modalities allows for deeper, more meaningful results.
What does an OI+Craniosacral Session look like?
Typical sessions are 90 minutes but first sessions often go a little over 90 minutes. Sessions include discussion (rooted in my Organic Intelligence training) and hands-on work which fluctuate in length depending on what you are needing.
Hands-on work is done on a massage table with clothes on.

Sliding Scale

I offer a sliding scale for anyone at anytime, no questions asked. You do not need to tell me how much or whether you are sliding up or down at each session.
First Session (90min+): $120-150
Follow Ups (90min) : $110-150
*I want to acknowledge that it can be stressful to determine how much you can pay. Just do your best and know that the care you receive will be the same either way.
